We also enjoyed the great views from our room and the helpfulness of the staff who provided great service throughout our visit.

Some maintenance and cleanliness issues detracted from our overall experience and could have been improved. the bathroom needed some renovation work and the courtyard areas were not always kept as clean as they could have been.

The staff at the hotel, from the housekeeping to the reception, were incredibly cooperative and friendly. Moreover, the location of the hotel is absolutely stunning. Situated on a hill, you can enjoy breathtaking views of a Hindu temple, a masjid, and a gurdwara saheb. Additionally, I loved the heritage architecture and old furniture, which gave the hotel a unique and charming touch.

The delicious food offered at the hotel was the best part of the stay. the helpfulness of the staff was greatly appreciated during my business trip. The key location provided a stunning view and was conveniently located near the industrial town where meetings were held.

The rooms were in dire need of renovation and upgrading. The dirty linens were a major turn off and the lack of cleanliness in the courtyards was upsetting.
